Certificatul CAT MCC/IF va fi eliberat prin SIA GEAP

Certificatul de înregistrare în calitate de centru de asistență tehnică pentru mașinile de casă și de control /imprimantele fiscale va fi expus într-o nouă redacție.  Proiectul de modificare și completare a Ordinului directorului SFS nr. 481/2017 cu privire la aprobarea Regulamentului privind autorizarea centrelor de asistenţă tehnică pentru maşinile de casă şi de control /imprimantele fiscale a fost propus pentru consultări publice de autoritatea fiscală.
 
Documentul va fi suplinit și cu prevederea ce stabilește că toate acțiunile ce țin de Certificatul CAT MCC/IF (eliberarea primară şi a duplicatului, refuzul eliberării, prelungirea, reperfectarea, suspendarea, retragerea) vor fi efectuate în mod obligatoriu prin intermediul SIA GEAP, acestea conţinând elementele de identificare automată generate de respectivul sistem.

 

Amintim, Certificatul de înregistrare în calitate de centru de asistenţă tehnică pentru maşinile de casă şi de control/imprimantele fiscale este un act permisiv pe suport de hârtie sau în forma electronică care se încadrează în categoria autorizaţiilor prin care SFS confirmă şi/sau învesteşte solicitantul cu o serie de drepturi şi de obligaţii pentru iniţierea, desfăşurarea şi/sau încetarea activităţii de întreprinzător sau a unor acţiuni aferente acestei activităţi, legate de instalarea, repararea, deservirea tehnică а MCC/IF.
