Чадыр-Лунга может получить статус муниципия

Город Чадыр-Лунга в Гагаузии может стать муниципием. Местный совет отправил проект решения в парламент. Городские власти надеются, что новый статус позволит привлечь в Чадыр-Лунгу дополнительные инвестиции. Одним из самых крупных проектов в Чадыр-Лунге в последнее время стало открытие бизнес-инкубатора. Здесь заняты более 30 предпринимателей, которые смогли создать около 120 рабочих мест. Резиденты инкубатора получают беспроцентные кредиты и помощь экспертов. Один из тех, кто воспользовался предложением - Александр Челак из села Дезгинжа. Условия очень хорошие. Нам сделали такое предложение, от которого нельзя было отказаться. Я взял 60 тысяч, но и своих тоже добавил - поделился предприниматель Александр Челак. Надежда Орманжи из Чадыр-Лунги открыла кафе, где посетителям предлагают блюда гагаузской кухни. Занимаемся мы кейтерингом – это обеды на выезд, но пока еще рано говорить об окупаемости, поскольку мы работаем всего три месяца, - поведала Надежда Орманжи. Руководство бизнес-инкубатора намеренно расширить проект. Для этого городские власти выделили участок земли. Планируется создать бизнес-парк на территории бывшей общеобразовательной средней школы. Мы выступили с предложение в адрес Городского совета об освобождении экономических агентов от уплаты местных налогов, - сообщила менеджер бизнес-инкубатора Наталья Кожокар. Всё же в городе ещё множество проблем, требующих решения. Одним из самых серьезных препятствий для развития Чадыр-Лунги остаются плохие дороги. Они не ремонтировались уже несколько лет. Мэр Чадыр-Лунги убеждён, что проблемы будет легче решить, если город получит статус муниципия. Я думаю, что мы где-то до тех миллионов дополнительно сможем получить. Речь идет о налогах, которые останутся в городском бюджете, - сказал мэр Чадыр-Лунги Анатолий Топал. Население Чадыр-Лунги составляет около 23 тысяч человек.
