Частным охранным агентствам ограничат деятельность на гособъектах

Парламент принял во втором чтении проект поправок к Закону о частной детективной и охранной деятельности и другим нормативным актам, утвердив перечень объектов, на которых частная охранная деятельность будет полностью запрещена. В этот список включены:
  • министерства и подчиняющиеся правительству центральные административные органы, а также подведомственные им структуры;
  • автономные органы публичной власти;
  • учрежденные правительством публичные учреждения;
  • органы местной публичной администрации I и II уровней, а также органы местного публичного управления особого уровня, включая созданные ими учреждения;
  • судебные инстанции и органы прокуратуры;
  • государственные предприятия и/или коммерческие общества с госкапиталом и коммерческие общества с преимущественно государственным капиталом;
  • Национальный банк Молдовы;
  • объекты по хранению и складированию оружия, боеприпасов, взрывчатых и радиоактивных веществ;
  • объекты по хранению и складированию наркотических, психотропных веществ и прекурсоров (за исключением медицинских учреждений и частных аптек).
 
Предусмотрено, что частные охранные услуги на объектах, включенных в вышеобозначенный список, смогут осуществляться до истечения срока действия текущих договоров.  Правительству предстоит привести свои нормативные акты в соответствие с положениями законопроекта в течение двух месяцев с момента его вступления в силу. Планируется, что охрану этих объектов обеспечат спецподразделения государства.
 
Законопроект вступит в силу через два месяца после публикации в «Monitorul Oficial».
