CNAS a lansat serviciul electronic ”Statutul certificatului de concediu medical"

Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale anunță despre lansarea unui nou serviciu electronic ”Statutul certificatului de concediu medical". El poate fi accesat de beneficiarii de indemnizaţii pentru incapacitate temporară de muncă pe pagina-web a instituţiei de la butonul cu aceeaşi denumire prin introducerea în câmpul respectiv a numărului certificatului. Serviciul electronic va permite verificarea statutului certificatului de concediu medical. Beneficiarii vor putea afla la ce etapă se află examinarea certificatului: dacă datele din certificatul medical sunt recepţionate şi sunt în proces de examinare, dacă decizia de stabilire a indemnizaţiei pentru incapacitate temporară de muncă este aprobată sau dacă indemnizaţia este transferată spre plată prestatorului. De asemenea, solicitanţii vor fi informaţi dacă este adoptată decizia de refuz în stabilirea indemnizaţiei sau dacă datele din certificatul medical nu au fost încă transmise. Verificarea statutului certificatului de concediu medical are loc prin intermediul platformei guvernamentale de schimb de date şi interoperabilitate MConnect. De menţionat, ca verificarea statutului certificatului de concediu medical va fi posibilă numai în cazul introducerii datelor din certificatul de concediu medical de către persoanele responsabile din cadrul instituţiilor medico- sanitare. Serviciul electronic a fost elaborat de specialiştii CNAS în colaborare cu Agenţia de Guvernare Electronică. Reamintim că indemnizaţia pentru primele 5 zile de concediu medical în cazul bolilor obişnuite sau de accidente nelegate de muncă se calculează şi se achită de către angajator, însă nu mai mult de 15 zile cumulative pe parcursul unui an calendaristic. Începând cu a şasea zi de incapacitate temporară de muncă, stabilirea, calcularea şi plata indemnizaţiilor se efectuează de Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale din contul bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat.
