CNAS: bilete de tratament sanatorial sau compensarea costului acestora

Persoanele cu dizabilităţi de pe urma războiului vor fi asigurate cu bilete de tratament sanatorial gratuit doar de către Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale (CNAS). În prezent legislația prevede că aceștia sunt asigurați cu bilete de tratament și de către organele abilitate cu dreptul de stabilire şi achitare a pensiilor ale Ministerului Apărării, Ministerului Afacerilor Interne, Departamentului Instituţiilor Penitenciare, Serviciului de Informaţii şi Securitate, Centrului Național Anticorupție etc. În Monitorul Oficial din 28 septembrie curent a fost publicată Hotărârea pentru modificarea Regulamentului cu privire la modul de stabilire și de plată a compensației bănești în locul biletelor de tratament sanatorial gratuit persoanelor cu dizabilități de pe urma războiului. Prevederea survine în urma modificării Legii asigurării cu pensii a militarilor și a persoanelor din corpul de comandă și din trupele organelor afacerilor interne, ce presupune preluarea de către CNAS a atribuților de plată a pensiilor și prestațiilor persoanelor cu dizabilități de pe urma războiului. Documentul prevede că CNAS şi casele teritoriale de asigurări sociale vor întocmi câte un dosar personal pentru fiecare beneficiar şi vor ţine evidenţa strictă a plăţilor efectuate. Pentru anul 2018, în suma transferurilor de la bugetul de stat la BASS sunt aprobate venituri în volum de 10778,5 mii lei, destinate asigurării cu bilete de tratament sanatorial veteranilor din rândul structurilor de forță sau compensațiilor bănești în locul biletelor de tratament sanatorial pentru 1405 persoane cu dizabilități de pe urma războiului. Costul mediu al unui bilet este de 7599 lei.
