CNAS: executarea bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat în 9 luni ale anului 2019

Conform Raportului operativ privind executarea bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat, în 9 luni ale anului 2019 în bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat au fost acumulate venituri în sumă de 16760,4 mil. lei, ce reprezintă o executare a prevederilor anuale (21869,9 mil. lei) la nivel de 76,6%. Contribuţii de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii s-au acumulat în sumă de 9963,5 mil. lei sau 73,3% comparativ cu suma anuală precizată de 13583,6 mil. lei. Faţă de indicatorul respectiv, realizat în perioada similară a anului 2018, suma contribuţiilor de asigurări sociale de stat acumulate în perioada raportată a înregistrat o creştere cu 335,5 mil. lei sau cu 3,5%. Transferurile de la bugetul de stat s-au finanţat în sumă de 6687,0 mil. lei, în corespundere cu cererile de finanţare, din care:
  • 4549,3 mil. lei - destinate plăţii prestaţiilor de asistenţă socială şi altor plăţi, care conform legislaţiei sunt finanţate din bugetul de stat. Acestea au constituit 75,6% din suma anuală precizată pe anul 2019 de 6020,8 mil. lei, şi sunt cu 657,8 mil. lei (16,9%) mai mari faţă de perioada similară a anului precedent;
  • 2137,7 mil. lei - destinate pentru acoperirea deficitului de venituri proprii. Acestea au constituit 100,0% din suma anuală precizată pe anul 2019 de 2137,7 mil. lei.
Cheltuielile totale ale bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat în perioada raportată au fost executate în sumă de 16242,8 mil. lei sau 74,2% comparativ cu suma anuală precizată de 21886,9 mil. lei. Faţă de indicatorul respectiv realizat în perioada similară a anului 2018, suma cheltuielilor bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat în perioada analizată a anului de gestiune a fost mai mare cu 2044,1 mil. lei sau cu 14,4%. În perioada raportată, veniturile totale au depăşit cheltuielile totale executate ale bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat cu 517,6 mil. lei. Soldul mijloacelor băneşti la conturile CNAS la situaţia 1 octombrie 2019 a constituit 534,6 mil. lei.
