CNAS oferă consultații prin intermediul Centrului de Apel

Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale a lansat vineri, 13 septembrie curent, un Centru de Apel specializat. Astfel, persoanele care au întrebări ce ţin de stabilirea, calcularea sau plata indemnizaţiilor pentru incapacitate temporară de muncă pot obţine informaţii la numărul de telefon 022 257 777. Centrul de Apel va avea un program de lucru de luni până vineri, între orele 8.00-17.00 și poate fi apelat la tarif ordinar de la telefonul fix sau mobil din orice localitate a Republicii Moldova sau din străinătate. Centrul de Apel este organizat din mijloacele băneşti ale CNAS şi este unul experimental. Totodată, CNAS colectează propuneri de perfecţionare a activităţii acestui centru. Reamintim că, din 1 iulie curent, conform modificărilor operate în legislaţie, casele teritoriale de asigurări sociale (CTAS) stabilesc, calculează şi plătesc indemnizaţiile pentru incapacitatea temporară de muncă din contul bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat (BASS), începând cu a şasea zi de incapacitate temporară de muncă. Aceasta se referă la boli obişnuite sau la accidente nelegate de muncă. Prestaţiile menţionate se achită de către CNAS direct beneficiarilor prin intermediul prestatorilor de servicii de plată.
