CNAS va reexamina pensiile unor beneficiari

Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale comunică că, de la 1 ianuarie 2019, intră în vigoare Legea nr. 165 din 26 iulie 2018 pentru modificarea unor acte legislative, care prevede reexaminarea pensiilor pentru limită de vârstă a persoanelor care au activat în câmpul muncii după realizarea dreptului la pensie. Astfel, persoanele care activează sau au activat în câmpul muncii după realizarea acestui drept, vor beneficia de reexaminarea pensiei. Recalcularea va fi efectuată pe etape, în funcție de anul ieşirii la pensie şi durata stagiului de cotizare realizat după stabilirea pensiei. La prima etapă vor avea dreptul la reexaminarea pensiei persoanele care s-au pensionat până la 1 ianuarie 1999 şi au realizat un stagiu de cotizare, după pensionare, de minim 15 ani. Pensiile beneficiarilor, care au acumulat un stagiu de cotizare mai mic de 15 ani, vor fi revizuite în următorii ani. Beneficiarii de pensii care se încadrează în categoria celor cărora li se reexaminează pensia în prima etapă, sunt în drept să depună cerere la casa teritorială de asigurări sociale conform locului de trai începând cu 1 ianuarie 2019. În cazul beneficiarilor de pensii stabilite după 1 ianuarie 1999, reexaminarea pensiilor pentru limită de vârstă se va efectua începând cu 1 ianuarie 2021, eşalonat, conform prevederilor legii, în funcţie de durata stagiului de cotizare realizat după stabilirea pensiei.
