Comisioanele pentru serviciile Depozitarului central unic

Comitetul Executiv al Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei (BNM) a făcut publice comisioanele pentru serviciile prestate de către Depozitarul central unic al valorilor mobiliare (DC). Mai mult de o treime din servicii sunt oferite gratuit. În special, Depozitarul nu va lua comisioane pentru deschiderea contului investitorului de valori mobiliare. În acelaşi timp, pentru deschiderea contului propriu suplimentar de valori mobiliare, participantul la DC va trebui să plătească 1000 lei. Comisionul pentru decontarea emisiunilor noi de valori mobiliare de stat şi certificate ale BNM constituie 0,009% din valoarea nominală totală a emisiunii noi, dar nu mai puţin de 2,5 mii lei şi nu mai mult de 30 mii lei. Sunt prevăzute şi comisioane penalizatoare. Astfel, pentru neexecutarea decontărilor din cauza lipsei mijloacelor băneşti sau valorilor mobiliare, participantul la DC va trebui să achite 0,1% din valoarea tranzacţiei nedecontate. SA Depozitarul central unic al valorilor mobiliare şi-a început activitatea la 31 iulie 2018. Printre serviciile principale prestate se numără înregistrarea valorilor mobiliare în formă scrisă în conturi; deschiderea şi administrarea conturilor valorilor mobiliare la cel mai înalt nivel (serviciul administrare centralizată); gestionarea sistemului de decontare a valorilor mobiliare (serviciul de decontare).
