Compania românească „Electrica” vrea să achiziționeze „Gas Natural Fenosa”

Una dintre cele mai mari companii energetice din România, grupul de distribuție a energiei electrice „Electrica”, intenționează să se lanseze pe piața Republicii Moldova și să achiziționeze compania „Gas Natural Fenosa”, informează Noi.md. Potrivit publicației române „Ziarul Financiar”, o asemenea tranzacție se estimează la 150-200 de milioane de euro. „Gas Natural Fenosa” este o companie particulară cu capital spaniol, cel mai mare furnizor de energie electrică în Moldova. „Ziarul Financiar” scria în luna februarie, cu referire la sursele proprii, că „Electrica” poartă negocieri în vederea cumpărării rețelelor de distribuire a energiei electrice din Moldova. Directorul general al companiei „Electrica”, Ioan Roșca, menționa atunci că piața de distribuire a energiei electrice din Moldova este atractivă pentru compania pe care o conduce, deoarece aici rentabilitatea este mai mare decît în România și constituie 12,5%. Conducătorul companiei române a menționat că Republica Moldova este o zonă atractivă pentru toate companiile românești, însă lansarea pe piața moldovenească va depinde inclusiv de menținerea cursului european de către noile autorități de la Chișinău. Ioan Roșca a menționat că „Electrica” analizează posibilitatea lansării pe piața de distribuire a energiei electrice din Moldova, însă nu există încă nimic concret, pentru că deocamdată riscurile politice sînt mari și acestea influențează și sfera de reglementare. „Ziarul Financiar” a scris că „Electrica” este interesată în achiziționarea rețelelor de distribuire ale companiei „Gas Natural Fenosa”. Totodată, reprezentanții companiei „Gas Natural Fenosa” au negat că se poartă negocieri în acest sens, menționînd că această companie „se tot vinde deja de 15 ani, de cînd activează în Moldova”.
