Companie de asigurări, amendată cu 76,5 mii de lei

O companie de asigurări din Moldova, aflată în top 10 companii după volumul despăgubirilor achitate, a fost amendată de Comisia Națională a Pieței Financiare cu 76,5 mii de lei. Amenda a fost acordată pentru mai multe încălcări grave, se relatează în cadrul deciziei luate pe data de 11 decembrie. Acești bani vor fi transferați în bugetul de stat. Comisia a constatat că firma Asterra Group nu respectă normele privind formarea şi menţinerea rezervelor pentru daunele declarate, dar nesoluţionate. Istituția susține că Asterra Group admite întârzieri la plata daunelor, a depăşit termenele de soluţionare şi achitare a despăgubirilor de asigurare. A fost prescris repetat conducerii Asterra Group „respectarea necondiţionată a prevederilor actelor legislative şi normative, precum şi întreprinderea măsurilor privind înlăturarea încălcărilor reflectate în actul de control”. CNPF a luat și decizia de inițiere a procedurii de tragere la răspundere contravențională a persoanelor cu funcție de răspundere din cadrul companiei, urmând ca despre executarea hotărârii compania să informeze Comisia Naţională a Pieţei Financiare în termen de o lună.
