Compensația financiara victimelor infracţiunilor va fi achită din bugetul de stat

În Monitorul Oficial din 17 noiembrie 2017 a fost publicată Hotărârea Guvernului cu privire la aprobarea Regulamentului Comisiei interdepartamentale pentru compensarea financiară de către stat a prejudiciului cauzat prin infracțiune. Potrivit Regulamentului, Comisia este un organ colegial independent care are drept scop soluționarea problemelor ce țin de acordarea de către stat a compensației financiare victimelor infracțiunilor sau altor persoane care au acest drept. În componenţa Comisiei vor fi incluşi 3 membri, câte un reprezentant din Ministerul Justiţiei, Ministerul Sănătății, Muncii și Protecţiei Sociale şi Ministerul Finanțelor. Cererea pentru compensarea financiră se va depune la secretariatul Ministerului Justiției, care le va transmite secretarului Comisiei. Termenul de examinare de către Comisie a cererii este de 30 de zile din data depunerii acesteia. Hotărârea prevede că în termen de 2 zile lucrătoare de la adoptare, decizia Comisiei se transmite ministrului Justiţiei, care, în termen de 5 zile lucrătoare , dispune, prin ordin, acordarea sau neacordarea compensaţiei financiare. Comisionul pentru achitarea compensației financiare se achită din bugetul de stat prin intermediul Ministerului Justiției. Compensația financiară se consideră achitată din momentul înregistrării acesteia în contul indicat de către solicitant. Activitatea Comisiei va contribui la crearea mecanismului de compensare financiară de către stat a prejudiciului cauzat prin infracțiune, restabilirea echității sociale și asigurarea drepturilor omului, se menționează în nota documentului. Hotărârea a fost aprobată de cabinetul de miniștri în cadrul ședinței din 7 noiembrie curent.
