Competențele ce țin de elaborarea politicii în domeniul retribuirii muncii ar putea trece la Ministerul Finanțelor

Proiectul ce propune transferarea de la Ministerul Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei a competențelor ce țin de elaborarea și promovarea politicii în domeniul retribuirii muncii Ministerului Finanțelor a fost propus spre consultare. Proiectul are drept scop repartizarea optimă și eficientă a competențelor între ministere pentru a asigura promovarea unei politici salariale coerente, coordonată cu cadrul de resurse și aliniată la procesul bugetar. În acelaşi timp, efectivul limită al Ministerului Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei urmează a fi redus cu 6 unități ale Direcției politici salariale și, respectiv, majorat efectivul limită al Ministerului Finanțelor cu același număr de unități de personal. Concomitent, proiectul presupune continuarea activității angajaților subdiviziunii responsabile de acest domeniu de activitate din cadrul Ministerului Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei în măsura în care vor accepta transferul, în condițiile Legii nr.158 din 04.07.2008 cu privire la funcția publică și statutul funcționarului public, în funcțiile nou-create în cadrul Ministerului Finanțelor. Implementarea proiectului necesită redistribuirea cheltuielilor de personal între autoritățile implicate la ulterioara rectificare a Legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2017. Costul anual al cheltuielilor de personal planificate pentru angajații subdiviziunii din cadrul Ministerului Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei pasibilă reorganizării constituie 698,5 mii lei.
