Concretizări privind asigurarea veteranilor cu bilete de tratament sanatorial

În contextul preluării de către CNAS a atribuțiilor de plată a pensiilor și prestațiilor sociale militarilor care au îndeplinit serviciul prin contract, persoanelor din corpul de comandă și din trupele organelor afacerilor interne, sistemului penitenciar, ofițerilor de protecție și colaboratorilor organelor securității statului și CNA, Ministerul Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei propune spre consultare un proiect de lege ce are drept scop concretizarea structurilor responsabile de asigurarea dreptului veteranilor cu bilete de tratament sanatorial. Potrivit documentului, dreptul la tratament sanatorial al persoanelor cu dizabilități de pe urma războiului și veteranii Ministerului Apărării, Ministerului Afacerilor Interne, Departamentului Instituțiilor Penitenciare, SIS-ului, Departamentului Poliției de Frontieră, CNA-ului, Serviciului de Protecție și Pază de Stat, beneficiari ai pensiilor și alocațiilor de stat se va realiza prin intermediul Casei Naționale de Asigurări Sociale sau al Caselor Teritoriale de Asigurări Sociale. Anterior, până la aprobarea Hotărârii privind preluarea atribuțiilor de plată a pensiilor și prestațiilor sociale menționate mai sus, acest drept era efectuat prin intermediul organelor de drept nominalizate. Proiectul stabilește că pentru a beneficia de un tratament sanatorial, persoanele specificate mai sus vor depune o cerere pentru a fi luați la evidența caselor teritoriale de asigurări sociale sau la CNAS. Biletele vor fi eliberate solicitanților la prezentarea următoarelor documente: • Adeverința pentru primirea biletului de tratament • Originalul actelor de identitate • Extrasul din contul personal de asigurări sociale eliberat de CTAS • Certificatul prin care se va confirma că solicitantul nu a beneficiat de bilet în ultimii trei ani • Certificatul eliberat de autoritățile fiscale prin care se atestă desfășurarea sau lipsa de activități de întreprinzător pentru ulimele șase luni premărgătoare lunii eliberării biletului. Notă: Începând cu 1 ianuarie 2017, organele apărării naționale, securității statului și ordinii publice, precum și personalul încadrat în aceste autorități contribuie la sistemul public de asigurări sociale.
