Concurs de finanţare a infrastructurii la ţară

IFAD a anunţat concursul pentru recepționarea cererilor de finanțare pentru anul 2019 (deschis pentru perioada 1 noiembrie 2017 – 01 februarie 2018). Obiectele de infrastructură și beneficiari eligibili Tipuri de infrastructură eligibile pentru finanțare în zona rurala: • Construcția / reparația segmentelor de drum și poduri care sporesc accesul beneficiarilor la zonele de producere, procesare și comercializare a produselor • Construcţia reţelelor de alimentare cu apă potabilă şi pentru irigare, pentru dezvoltarea activităților de antreprenoriat în domeniul agroalimentar • Construcţia infrastructurii de piaţă agricolă. Beneficiarii și criteriile de eligibilitate: Grupul-client, care poate beneficia de asistență financiară poate fi format doar din persoane juridice: întreprinderi mici şi mijlocii, Gospodării Țărănești, grupuri de producători din spațiul rural, doar care practică activități agricole. Pentru obținerea granturilor Grupul-client trebuie întrunească următoarele criterii de eligibilitate: a) Grupul-client va fi format din cel puțin 4 agenți economici b) Toți agenții economici, membri ai Grupului-client trebuie să fie înregistrați și să aibă activitate economică in spațiul rural c) Eligibil se consideră doar agenții economici care au activitate economică în domeniul agriculturii sau procesării producției agricole de cel puțin 2 ani d) Toți membrii Grupului-client sunt de acord să participe cu cofinanțare la volumul minimul stabilit de program din sursele proprii e) Membrii Grupului-client trebuie să mențină evidența contabilă conform standardelor naționale. Beneficiarii neeligibili: Grupul-client care nu vor întruni următoarele criterii nu vor fi eligibili pentru finanțare: • Obiectul de infrastructură este în proces de evaluare pentru a fi finanțat de alte agenții donatoare sau din bugetul de stat; • Grupul-client include agenți economici care nu au activitate agricolă; • Informația prezentată în cererea de finanțare și documentele de apelare sunt eronate; • Proiectul de infrastructură propus este cu caracter prioritar social; • Cererea este depusă pentru construcția unui obiect de infrastructură similar celui finanțat anterior de programele IFAD în cadrul Primăriei; • Nu este asigurată colectarea contribuției minime de la membrii grupului-client formată din agenți economici; • Cererea este depusă de Grup-client din localitatea care deja a beneficiat de 3 granturi pentru infrastructură din sursele programelor IFAD. Condiţiile de participare la concurs, de finanțare și evaluare.
