Consiliile locale vor decide asupra noului proiect de organizare a teritoriului

Legea cadastrului bunurilor imobile va fi completată cu un articol ce reglementează particularitățile corectării erorilor comise în procesul transmiterii în proprietate a terenurilor. Parlamentul a votat săptămâna trecută în lectură finală un proiect de lege în acest sens. Documentul stabilește tipurile de erori comise, autoritatea responsabilă de corectarea lor și actul justificativ ce va servi drept temei pentru modificarea datelor planului cadastral și a registrului bunurilor imobile. Astfel, erorile în actele justificative emise în procesul transmiterii în proprietate a terenurilor, după natura lor, sunt clasificate în erori provenite din măsurări geodezice, erori la proiectare, erori la identificare și neconformități. Erorile menționate se vor corecta prin decizia Consiliului local, emisă pe marginea noului proiect de organizare a teritoriului sau noului plan geometric sau, după caz, a datelor justificative ce țin de identificarea corectă a bunului imobil și a titularilor de drept, cu condiția că corectarea respectivă nu modifică posesiunea de fapt a terenurilor. Decizia Consiliului local va servi drept temei pentru modificarea datelor planului cadastral și a registrului bunurilor imobile. Corectarea erorilor menționate se finanțează din bugetul de stat sau din asistența partenerilor de dezvoltare și se efectuează în conformitate cu un program aprobat de Guvern. Conform unui studiu realizat în anul 2013, s-a identificat că cele mai multe erori au fost comise în procesul de proiectare – circa 120 mii.
