Consiliul economic al Prim-ministrului, într-o nouă componență

Prim-ministrul Pavel Filip a semnat dispoziția cu privire la desemnarea noii componențe a Consiliului Economic. Astfel, 59 de membri: miniștri, antreprenori, reprezentanți ai autorităților publice și comunității donatorilor au format grupuri de lucru tematice, după cum a propus recent chiar Premierul. Consiliul va acționa în sprijinul activității antreprenorilor, se va concentra pe înlăturarea constrângerilor principale, ce stau în calea dezvoltării sectorului privat și va contribui la creșterea economiei Republicii Moldova. Din noua componență a Consiliului Economic fac parte Secretarul General al Guvernului, 8 miniștri (ministrul Economiei, ministrul Finanțelor, ministerul Agriculturii și Industriei Alimentare, ministrul Dezvoltării Regionale și Construcțiilor, ministrul Sănătății, ministrul Justiției, ministrul Mediului și ministrul Muncii, Protecției Sociale și Familiei), reprezentanți ai organizațiilor și instituțiilor internaționale (USAID, UNDP, Ambasada Suediei, Banca Europeană pentru Reconstrucție și Dezvoltare, Banca Mondială, Delegația UE în Republica Moldova, Ambasada Marii Britanii etc.) și reprezentanți ai autorităților publice centrale. Mai mult decât atât, pentru îndeplinirea atribuțiilor şi realizarea mai eficientă a activităților Consiliului au fost create 3 grupuri de lucru tematice, care vor semnala și vor dezbate în cadrul ședințelor barierele cu care se confruntă mediul de afaceri. Secretariatul Consiliului va asigura comunicarea eficientă dintre reprezentanții sectorului privat și cel public în procesul de activitate al grupurilor de lucru instituite și va asigura suportul necesar în promovarea inițiativelor identificate. Consiliul Economic al Prim-ministrului Republicii Moldova promovează dialogul dintre sectorul public și privat cu scopul de a îmbunătăți mediul de afaceri, contribuind la dezvoltarea întreprinderilor mici și mijlocii și creșterea gradului de concurență pe piața autohtonă. Consiliul își propune să înlăture constrângerile principale care stau în calea dezvoltării sectorului privat, să asigure un cadru de reglementare clar, funcțional, nediscriminatoriu și transparent, să îmbunătățească calitatea serviciilor publice pentru mediul de afaceri, să reducă birocrația și să minimizeze riscul corupției. Consiliul Economic al Prim-ministrului a fost creat în decembrie 2012, cu suportul Băncii Europene pentru Reconstrucție și Dezvoltare.
