Consultarea formularului „Avizul de plată a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare şi impozitului funciar”

Ministerul Finanțelor propune spre consultare proiectul Ordinului cu privire la aprobarea formularului tipizat al Avizului de plată a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare şi impozitului funciar. Prin acest proiect se propune aprobarea: • formularului tipizat al Avizului de plată a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare pentru bunurile imobiliare evaluate de către organele cadastrale în scopul impozitării • formularului tipizat al Avizului de plată a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare şi impozitului funciar pentru obiectele neevaluate de către organele cadastrale în scopul impozitării. Astfel, formularul pentru bunurile imobiliare evaluate va conține informația privind obiectele impunerii: numărul cadastral, adresa bunului, cota-parte, valoarea estimată a obiectului și cota impozitului, precum și informația cu privire la suma impozitului calculat, în care se vor nota restanța/supraplata, sumele impozitului calculat către plată, a facilităților acordate, a reducerii în mărime de 15% la achitarea integrală a impozitului, a înlesnirilor acordate și totalul către plată. În același timp, documentul pentru obiectele neevaluate va conține doar informația cu privire la suma impozitului calculat, în care se vor nota: codul IBAN al beneficiarului, denumirea impozitului, restanța/supraplata, sumele obligației fiscale, facilităților acordate și totalul spre plată pentru obiectele impunerii existente/ dobândite. Necesitatea elaborării proiectului este condiționată de corelarea actelor normative cu noile prevederi ale Codului fiscal. Reamintim că, prin Legea nr. 171 din 19 decembrie 2019, au fost efectuate modificări în CF și în Legea pentru punerea în aplicare a titlului VI, ce se referă la unificarea termenelor de achitare a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare și a impozitului funciar. Totodată, conform Ordinului Ministerului Finanțelor privind modificarea şi completarea clasificaţiei bugetare nr.140 din 28 octombrie 2019, care a intrat în vigoare din 01.01.2020, au fost unificate clasificațiile economice la impozitul funciar, prin atribuirea următoarelor coduri economice: • 113161 - Impozitul funciar al persoanelor juridice şi fizice, înregistrate în calitate de întreprinzător • 113171 - Impozitul funciar al persoanelor fizice-cetăţeni. Proiectul poate fi consultat până la 13 ianuarie 2020.
