Consumatorii depun tot mai multe petiţii privind marfa necalitativă

Peste 2 mii de controale efectuate şi 1.400 de încălcări au fost depistate anul trecut de către Agenţia pentru Protecţia Drepturilor Consumatorilor. Majoritatea cazurilor au fost rezolvate pe cale amiabilă, iar consumatorii au reuşit să-şi restituie banii. Suma ridicându-se la peste 900 de mii de lei. În ajunul zilei Mondiale a Drepturilor Consumatorilor, instituţiile care se ocupă de protecţia acestor drepturi au prezentat astăzi datele statistice la acest subiect. Spre exemplu, Agenţia Naţională pentru Siguranţa Alimentelor a efectuat pe parcursul anului 2014 peste 15 mii de controale oficiale a unităţilor de alimentaţie publică, magazinelor. În rezultat, au fost emise 9.742 de prescripţii. Iar în urma verificărilor, 555 de procese verbale au fost remise în instanţa de judecată, dintre care 458 au fost câştigate. Specialiştii spun că, în ultimii ani, se observă o creştere semnificativă a apelurilor telefonice şi a petiţiilor în care consumatorii sesizează unele nereguli la produsele procurate sau serviciile utilizate. În ceea ce priveşte preţurile, funcţionarii au recunoscut că, în urma controalelor efectuate, s-a stabilit că unii agenţi economici au majorat neargumentat preţurile. Agenţia pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor a efectuat anul trecut 1.944 de controale, în urma cărora s-a stabilit că în 1.417 cazuri au existat anumite neconformităţi. Totodată, Agenţia a primit peste 7 mii de apeluri telefonice şi a înregistrat 1.224 de petiţii. Majoritatea cazurilor au fost soluţionate pe cale amiabilă. Iar consumatorii au economisit per total suma de peste 900 de mii de lei.
