Contractele de credit pentru consumatori

P.P. „Monitorul Fiscal FISC.md” continuă publicarea celui de-al treilea set de materiale la subiectul financiar, în contextul campaniei de informare pe care o desfășoară Banca Națională a Moldovei împreună cu Comisia Națională a Pieței Financiare, în cadrul proiectului „Învață. Dă sens banilor”. Respectiv, oricine este interesat de subiectul financiar, își poate completa cunoștințele necesare pentru uzul personal și în sprijinul incluziunii financiare. Astăzi ne referim la drepturile consumatorului. Dobânda anuală efectivă (DAE) se aplică la toate produsele de credit – credite de consum, împrumuturi nebancare, credite ipotecare, leasing sau carduri de credit. Legea îi obligă pe cei care fac publicitate la credite să includă DAE de fiecare dată când prezintă datele referitoare la costul total al creditului. Află care sunt drepturile tale în Legea privind contractele de credit pentru consumatori.
