Controale planificate 2020: ANRE

Pe parcursul anului curent, Agenția Națională pentru Reglementare în Energetică va verifica 16 agenți economici, potrivit Planului controalelor pentru anul 2020 aprobat de autoritate. Controalele se vor efectua pentru următoarele genuri de activitate: • distribuția gazelor naturale și a energiei electrice • comercializarea cu amănuntul a gazului lichefiat, benzinei și motorinei la stațiile de alimentare • transportul gazelor natural • producerea, distribuția și furnizarea energiei termice • producerea energiei electrice • importul și comercializarea cu ridicata a benzinei și motorinei • importul și comercializarea cu ridicata a gazului lichefiat • furnizarea serviciului public de alimentare cu apă și/sau canalizare • producerea, distribuția și furnizarea energiei termice. Planul controalelor a fost aprobat prin Hotărârea Consiliului de administrație al ANRE nr. 546/2019 din 27 decembrie 2019.
