Controalele de stat revin din 1 octombrie

Moratoriul controalelor de stat expiră la finele lunii curente. Astfel, din data de 1 octombrie, controlalele de stat vor putea fi efectuate din nou fără a solicita permisiuni din partea Ministerului Economiei. Totodată, acest lucru nu se va întâmpla mai devreme de intrarea în vigoare a proiectului ce prevede reducerea numărlului instituțiilor de control din RM, a declarat viceministrul Economiei Vitalie Iurcu. Este vorba despre modificări la actele legislative ce reglementează activitatea instituțiilor cu funcții de control care are drept scop reducerea poverii administrative asupra mediului de afaceri, eliminarea abuzurilor și transparentizarea controlului de stat. Documentul va intra în vigoare din data publicării. Prevederile acestuia urmează a fi implementate într-o perioadă de șase luni. Potrivit declarațiilor viceministrului, numărul instituțiilor cu funcții de control și de reglementare va fi redus, iar funcțiile acestora - comasate după domeniile specifice și tipurile de riscuri. Din 34 de instituții de control existente în prezent, vor rămâne doar 11, precum şi 5 regulatori independenţi - ANRE, ANRCETI, Curtea de Conturi, CCA şi Consiliul Concurenţei. Astfel, va fi exclusă dublarea ariilor de competență. Vor fi exectuate planuri anuale de control, mai transparente. Directorul Organizației pentru Atragerea Investițiilor și Promovarea Exporturilor, Vitalie Zaharia, a declarat că inițiativa este văzută cu ochi buni de către mediul de afaceri. Această inițiativă, potrivit lui Zaharia, ar duce și facilitarea atragerii investițiilor străine în țară. Reforma prevede și reguli mai dure pentru cei care inițiază și efectuează controlul, inclusiv sancționarea dură a acestora, inclusiv cu amendă, în caz de abuzuri.
