Costul indexării normelor de cheltuieli pentru întreţinerea persoanelor din instituţiile sociale vor constitui 2957,5 mii lei

Normele de cheltuieli pentru întreţinerea persoanelor cazate în instituţiile sociale se vor aplica cu începere de la 1 martie 2017. Un proiect în aceste sens a fost susţinut în cadrul şedinţei Guvernului. Astfel, a fost modificată Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 520 din 15.05.2006 privind aprobarea Normelor de cheltuieli în bani pentru întreţinerea persoanelor cazate în instituţiile sociale, care prevedea aplicarea cheltuielilor respective începând cu 1 august 2016. Modificarea termenului s-a efectuat în scopul aplicării corecte a normelor de cheltuieli, facilitării modalităţii de raportare a instituţiilor sociale privind executarea zilelor pe parcursul anului 2017 şi reflectării în rapoartele financiare a cheltuielilor efective pentru asigurarea cu produse alimentare, medicamente, îmbrăcămint etc. a persoanelor cazate. Potrivit Ministrului Muncii, Protecţiei Sociale şi Familiei, Stela Grigoraş, aprobarea proiectului de hotărâre nu va contribui la majorarea finanţării de la bugetul de stat, deoarece normele respective au fost luate în consideraţie de către instituţii la repartizarea alocaţiilor bugetare aprobate prin Legea bugetului de stat pentru anul 2017, nr. 279 din 16.12.2016. Costul indexării normelor de cheltuieli pentru 2017 la acest capitol constituie 2957,5 mii lei. Elaborarea proiectului a fost iniţiată după coordonarea plafonelor de cheltuieli stabilite de către Ministerul Finanţelor pentru anul 2017, ţinând cont de indicele general de creştere a preţurilor de consum în mărime de 4,4%, a menţionat Ministrul Muncii, Protecţiei Sociale şi Familiei Stela Grigoraș.
