Criza economică a afectat companiile aeriene

Și companiile aeriene au suferit în urma crizei. Acestea sunt nevoite să facă economii la produsele alimentare pentru pasageri ca să nu scumpească biletele. Prin urmare, meniul va fi mai modest. Cu toate acestea, unii clientii, continuă să solicite meniuri exotice. Cea mai mare companie din Moldova în producerea și livrarea de catering - «Aeroport Catering» a simțit pe propria piele impactul crizei. Compania deservește atât organizațiile din Moldova cât și organizațiile internaționale. Totuși, aceasta a fost nevoită să-și revizuiască meniul. Modificările se referă, în primul rând la clasa econom: în meniul pasagerilor se regăsește un număr tot mai mare de sandvișuri în loc de cutii snack cu suc și desert. Pasagerii Business Class practic nu au fost afectați de criză. Cele mai generoase comenzi continuă să vină din partea antreprenorilor, care aleg cursele charter. Uneori, aceștia optează pentru bucătăria tradițională moldovenească, iar alteori cer să li se gătească ceva atât de neobișnuit, spre exemplu carne de cerb. Cât despre oficialii din țările stăine, aceștia apelează la serviciile unui bucătar-șef personal.
