CSE: primirea și plasarea refugiaților din Ucraina

Prin derogare de la art. 15 din Legea nr. 215/2011 cu privire la frontiera de stat și al art. 6 și art. 61 din Legea nr. 200/2010 privind regimul străinilor în Republica Moldova se stabilește că, la traversarea frontierei de stat pe sensul de intrare în Republica Moldova de pe teritoriul Ucrainei se autorizează trecerea frontierei de stat a cetățenilor ucraineni, prin punctele de trecere a frontierei de stat, la prezentarea a unui din actele de identitate:
  1. pentru minori – unul din următoarele acte: certificatul de naștere, actul de identitate național (buletinul/card de identitate), pașaport;
  2. pentru maturi – actul de identitate național (buletin/card de identitate) sau pașaport.
 
Comisia pentru Situaţii Excepţionale a Republicii Moldova a aprobat ieri, 24 februarie, măsurile ce urmează a fi întreprinse în sensul gestionării eficiente de primire și plasare a refugiaților din Ucraina în țara noastră.
 
Dispoziția nr.1 a CSE din 24 februarie 2022.
Amintim, pe data de 24 februarie Parlamentul a votat cu 88 voturi declararea stării de urgență în țară pentru o perioadă de 60 de zile în legătură cu situația privind securitatea din regiune și asigurarea securității naționale.
