CTIF a inițiat un proiect de îmbunătățire a calității serviciilor prestate

Centrul de Tehnologii Informaționale în Finanțe (CTIF) va elabora în scurt timp un plan de acțiuni cu privire la îmbunătățirea calității serviciilor publice prestate în baza unor indicatori de performanță concreți care vor fi monitorizați și raportați lunar. Această decizie a fost luată la ședința responsabililor de prestarea serviciilor de suport și consultanță din cadrul Centrului, convocați de directorul interimar al instituției, Vitalie Coceban, pentru a identifica metodele de îmbunătățire a calității serviciilor prestate și de asigurare a continuității proceselor de furnizare a acestor servicii. Participanții la ședință au informat directorul CTIF despre situația actuală pe acest segment de activitate, problemele existente și au formulat unele propuneri pentru remediere și eficientizare a furnizării serviciilor de suport și consultanță oferite utilizatorilor sistemelor informaționale administrate de instituție și ai serviciilor electronice prestate. Vitalie Coceban a subliniat că îmbunătățirea calității serviciilor furnizate de instituție poate fi obținută doar prin crearea instrumentelor de prevenire a incidentelor de funcționalitate a sistemelor informaționale și stabilirea unui sistem eficient de comunicare între utilizatorii serviciilor și specialiștii CTIF. Directorul a solicitat șefilor de subdiviziuni elaborarea unui concept de unificare a serviciilor de suport și consultanță furnizate în prezent de subdiviziunile instituției într-un singur Centru de asistență pentru clienți, care urmează să devină o platformă unică de interacțiune a instituției cu publicul. ”Acest Centru va acoperi serviciile de suport și consultanță din toate domeniile de activitate a instituției: finanțe publice, fiscal, vamal și achiziții publice. Vom utiliza instrumente moderne de interacțiune cu publicul ce vor asigura înregistrarea solicitărilor parvenite de la utilizatori, repartizarea acestor solicitări către specialiștii de profil ai CTIF, evidența, stabilirea termenilor de executare a solicitărilor și prezentarea la timp a răspunsurilor la ele”, a afirmat directorul CTIF. Vitalie Coceban a menționat, de asemenea, importanța dezvoltării capacităților profesionale ale operatorilor Centrului de apel al CTIF și a solicitat organizarea instruirilor acestora de către specialiștii de profil ai instituției.
