CTIF : două cursuri de instruire pentru utilizatorii SIIECAP

Instituția Publică “Centrul de Tehnologii Informaționale în Finanțe” (CTIF) invită reprezentanții autorităților și instituțiilor publice bugetare care utilizează sau doresc să implementeze Sistemul Informațional Integrat de Evidență Contabilă în Autoritățile Publice pe platforma 1C (SIIECAP) să participe la două cursuri de instruire, cu o durată de cinci zile fiecare, dedicate practicii de utilizare a acestui sistem. Primul curs va fi organizat în perioada 15 – 19 octombrie, iar al doilea – în intervalul 22 – 26 octombrie. Cursurile de instruire se vor desfășura în grupuri de audienți cu un număr de până la 18 persoane. Temele incluse în agenda instruirilor și orarul acestora sunt prezentate în Programul cursurilor, program ce poate fi consultat aici. Pentru a se înscrie la cursuri, persoanele interesate pot apela la tel: 022 822 032 sau 068669942, sau să expedieze un mesaj la adresa: instruire@ctif.gov.md. În primele nouă luni ale anului curent, specialiștii CTIF au desfășurat cinci cursuri de instruire cu aceiași tematică, la care au participat 63 de reprezentanți ai autorităților și instituțiilor publice bugetare care implementează SIIECAP. SIIECAP este administrat de CTIF și ajustat de către specialiștii acestuia la planul de conturi și noua clasificație bugetară. Acest sistem este unicul program integrat ce conține toate modulele necesare, interdependente între ele, pentru ținerea evidenței contabile și asigură interacțiunea acestuia cu sistemele informaționale ale Ministerului Finanțelor, Serviciului Fiscal de Stat și ale Casei Naționale de Asigurări Sociale. Actualmente, sistemul nominalizat este utilizat în circa 800 de autorități și instituții publice bugetare din țară.
