Cuantumul ajutorului bănesc pentru beneficiarii de protecţie internațională în anul 2017 va constitui 795 lei

În acest sens Ministerul Afacerilor Interne a elaborat și propune spre consultare un proiect. Proiectul hotărârii Guvernului este elaborat în vederea executării prevederilor art.33 alin.(2) din Legea nr.270-XVI din 18 decembrie 2008 privind azilul în Republica Moldova, care stipulează dreptul beneficiarilor de protecţie internațională la ajutor bănesc, în limitele disponibilităților financiare ale statului, dacă, din motive obiective, aceștia sunt lipsiți de mijloacele de existenţă. Potrivit documentului, pentru a beneficia de ajutorul bănesc, persoana va depune o cerere la Autoritatea competentă pentru străini. Din practica ultimilor ani, din totalul solicitărilor, decizii privind acordarea ajutorului au fost adoptate în 70% de cazuri. Ajutorul financiar se va achita lunar, iar în lipsa beneficiarului (plecare din ţară, deces, ca ex.), achitarea ajutorului se sistează. Ajutorul bănesc va fi acordat din contul și în limita mijloacelor aprobate anual în bugetul public național. Conform datelor oficiale, în anul 2016, au fost depuse doar 5 cereri de solicitare a ajutorului bănesc, comparativ cu 53 solicitări în anul 2015. Proiectul Hotărârii Guvernului privind aprobarea cuantumului ajutorului bănesc acordat beneficiarilor de protecţie internațională în anul 2017 îl găsiți aici
