Cuantumul taxelor locale pentru anul 2021

Prin Legea nr. 257 din 22 decembrie 2020 (politica fiscală și vamală 2021) au fost operate modificări la Titlul VII din Codul fiscal ce reglementează taxele locale, fiind prevăzută plafonarea acestora și previzibilitatea lor pe termen mediu (3 ani), cu majorarea anuală în mărimea ratei inflației.

 

Totodată, legiuitorul a stabilit că, în cazul în care autoritatea publică locală a aprobat bugetul pentru anul 2021 și cotele taxelor locale până la intrarea în vigoare a Legii nr. 257/2020 (22 decembrie 2020), APL va avea dreptul să aplice cotele stabilite pentru anul 2021, având obligația de conformare și aplicare a plafonării începând cu anul 2022.

De asemenea, reamintim că, în scopul eficientizării și optimizării sistemului de impozite și taxe, a fost eliminată taxa pentru parcaj. Astfel, în anul 2021 sistemul taxelor locale include:

  • taxa pentru amenajarea teritoriului;
  • taxa de organizare a licitaţiilor şi loteriilor pe teritoriul unităţii administrativ-teritoriale;
  • taxa de plasare (amplasare) a publicităţii (reclamei);
  • taxa de aplicare a simbolicii locale;
  • taxa pentru unităţile comerciale şi/sau de prestări servicii;
  • taxa de piaţă;
  • taxa pentru cazare;
  • taxa balneară;
  • taxa pentru prestarea serviciilor de transport auto de călători pe teritoriul municipiilor, oraşelor şi satelor (comunelor);
  • taxa pentru parcare;
  • taxa pentru dispozitivele publicitare;
  • taxa de la posesorii de câini (nu sunt stabilite cotele maximale);
  • taxa pentru salubrizare (nu sunt stabilite cotele maximale).

 

În tabelul ce urmează vă propunem datele comparative privind cotele taxelor locale aprobate de AAPL. Informația a fost selectată din Deciziile APL cu referire la cotele taxelor și impozitelor locale pentru anul 2021. Pentru localitățile care nu sunt incluse în tabel deciziile fie că încă nu au fost adoptate, fie nu au fost publicate.
