Cum am făcut economii de 9000 lei cu abonamentul la Monitorul Fiscal–2019

Fiecare contabil a fost în situații în care trebuie să facă economii. La sfârșitul anului 2018 și eu eram indecisă: la toate cheltuielile pe care le avem, să procur un abonament la P.P. „Monitorul Fiscal FISC.md” sau să mă abțin. Entitatea avea dificultăți cu resursele financiare libere, mai apăruse și unele probleme personale, eu, ca și toți contabilii, eram agitată în ajunul perioadei de raportare... În acel moment am primit un apel de la operatorii publicației, care cu multă răbdare mi-au explicat avantajele abonării. Suplimentar, m-au anunțat că va fi publicată o serie de articole cu privire la completarea VEN12 și noua metodă de calcul a amortizării. În final, am decis să procur abonamentul Premium. Din banii proprii. Acum vă zic, de ce sunt recunoscătoare operatorului (regret, dar nu am reținut numele. Vreau să-i spun mulțumesc personal!). 1. Examinarea articolului Расходы будущих периодов: особенности учета и налогообложения mi-a permis să organizez ținerea unor aspecte ale evidenței contabile astfel ca să reflect corect, în scopuri fiscale, cheltuielile efectuate, evitând, în cazul unui control fiscal, aplicarea amenzii usturătoare și a penalităților, care puteau ajunge la 5000 lei. 2. Publicațiile în revistă îmi permit să evit participarea la seminare costisitoare. Calculăm: în anul curent am avut neclarități ce țineau de divizarea impozitului pe venit pe subdiviziuni, de reflectarea perioadelor de concedii ce se suprapun în Darea de seamă IPC 18 și de utilizare a Avizului de însoțire a mărfii în cazul transportării acesteia. Sunt minimum trei seminare, costul mediu al cărora este de 900 lei (900x3=2700 lei). Adăugăm cheltuielile de transport (combustibil) tur-retur și obținem, per total, 4000 lei care au rămas în buzunarul meu! Suplimentar, nu am lipsit de la muncă, iar revista mi-a fost adusă la birou. 3. Am posibilitatea să mă întorc la explicațiile experților publicației la orice oră, în orice zi – atât ediția de tipar, cât și cea electronică, îmi stau la dispoziție 24/24, 7/7! Pentru mine sunt suficiente argumente să mă abonez și pentru anul 2020. Chiar acum îmi generez contul. Natalia Daranuța, contabil-șef „Zimagro-Plus” SRL
