Curtea Constituțională a suspendat și Legea nr.57

Se suspendă acțiunea, inclusiv procedura de intrare în vigoare, a Legii nr. 57 din 23 aprilie 2020 pentru ratificarea Acordului dintre Guvernul Federației Ruse și Guvernul Republicii Moldova privind acordarea Guvernului Republicii Moldova a unui împrumut financiar de stat, până la examinarea în fond a sesizării. Decizia nr.41 privind cererea de suspendare a acțiunii Hotărârilor Guvernului nr. 162 din 13 martie 2020 și nr. 252 din 21 aprilie 2020 a fost adoptată de Curtea Constituțională ieri, 23 aprilie, fiind publicată pe pagina oficială a Curții. Amintim că, în ședința de ieri a Parlamentului, Acordul de credit de 200 mil. euro contractat de la Federația Rusă a fost ratificat cu votul a 56 de deputați. Autorul sesizării, Serghei Sîrbu, a depus sesizarea la Curtea Constituțională anticipând ședința Legislativului, considerând că urmează a fi suspendată acțiunea Hotărârilor Guvernului menționate prin care s-a aprobat semnarea Acordului și proiectul de lege privind ratificarea acestui Acord. Palamentarul afirmă că suspendarea acțiunii acestor acte este necesară pentru suspendarea procedurii legislative de ratificare și de intrare în vigoare a Acordului contestat până la examinarea în fond a sesizării. Curtea Constituțională nu comunică data examinării sesizării în fond. Tot ieri au fost publicate Hotărârile cu privire la destituirea dlui Vladimir Țurcan din funcția de Preşedinte al Curţii Constituţionale și de alegere în funcția de Preşedinte al Curţii Constituţionale a dnei Domnica Manole.
