De la 1 ianurie 2019, fără carnete de muncă

Ministerul Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale propune spre consultare publică un proiect ce prevede abrogarea hotărârii Guvernului nr.1449 din 24 decembrie 2007 privind carentul de muncă. Astfel, se propune ca, începând cu 1 ianuarie 2019, să fie eliminat carnetul de muncă și obligația întreprinzătorilor de a prezenta statele de personal către Inspectoratul de Stat al Muncii. Reamintim că prin Legea nr.123 din 7 iulie 2017 pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte legislative, din Codul muncii au fost excluse toate normele referitoare la carnetul de muncă. Legea dată a fost elaborată cu scopul simplificării procesului de raportare financiară și statistică prin lansarea unei platforme unice de raportare online, la care vor fi conectate Inspectoratul Fiscal de Stat, Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale, Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină, pentru a exclude dublarea informaţiei prezentate de agenţii economici către instituţiile publice. Proiectul este expus spre consultare până la 26 octombrie 2017.
