Declararea averii: racordarea valorii bunurilor la prețul real

Parlamentul a aprobat în prima lectură, cu 64 de voturi,  proiectul de lege de modificare a Legii nr.133/2016 privind declararea averii și intereselor personale, pentru a oferi claritate obligativității racordării valorii bunurilor mobile și imobile la prețul real începând cu anul 2018, precum și indicarea valorii de piață a bunurilor.
 
Astfel, va fi stabilită o perioadă de referință, care să ofere claritate în cazul obligativității racordării valorii bunurilor mobile și imobile la prețul real. În acest sens, se propune ca subiecții declarării să declare valoarea reală a bunurilor dobândite după anul 2018 inclusiv, aceasta reprezentând prețul real achitat pentru aceste bunuri și cheltuielile pentru îmbunătățirea sau reparația acestora, precum și valoarea de piață a bunurilor, ce va reprezenta valoarea la care bunuri similare erau vândute la ziua dobândirii bunului.
 
În cazul bunurilor imobile pe care le au în proprietate și care au fost dobândite până în anul 2017 inclusiv, se va declara valoarea cadastrală a bunului sau valoarea conform actelor care certifică proveniența lor.
 
Reamintim, declarațiile de avere și interese personale se depun anual până la data de 31 martie, indicându-se veniturile obținute de către subiectul declarării împreună cu membrii de familie în anul fiscal precedent. Declarația este prezentată în cazul angajării, schimbării funcției și după încetarea mandatului sau a raporturilor de muncă.
 
Proiectul urmează a fi îmbunătățit pentru lectura a doua, preconizându-se intrarea în vigoare a acestuia la data publicării în MO.
