Declarația de avere și interese personale: contul curent de asigurări sociale ca sursă de informare

Persoanele care dețin o funcție publică și urmează să prezinte declarațiile de avere și interese personale au posibilitatea consultării în format electronic a datelor cu privire la veniturile obținute pe parcursul anului din bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat sub formă de prestații sociale, comunică Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale
 
Verificarea informației menționate poate fi realizată online prin intermediul contului personal curent de asigurări sociale, prin intermediul sistemului informațional „Acces CPAS" de pe pagina-web oficială a CNAS. Serviciul poate fi accesat cu ajutorul unei parole de acces, eliberate de către CNAS prin subdiviziunile sale structural (CTAS), sau cu ajutorul semnăturii electronice/mobile, prin intermediul serviciului guvernamental MPass.
Totodată, informația din contul personal de asigurări sociale poate fi vizualizată de către deținătorii semnăturii electronice sau mobile și prin intermediul Portalului Guvernamental al Cetățeanului www.mcabinet.gov.md.
 
Menționăm, contul curent al persoanelor asigurate conține atât informația cu privire la contribuțiile calculate și achitate în BASS din baza de calcul, cât și informația cu privire la prestațiile de asigurări sociale stabilite și plătite de către CNAS direct beneficiarului.
 
Astfel, informația cu privire la drepturile sociale (pensii, indemnizații, inclusiv indemnizația pentru incapacitate temporară de muncă) reflectate în contul personal de asigurări sociale, la necesitate, poate fi utilizată de către persoanele care sunt subiecţi ai declarării averii și intereselor personale în conformitate cu prevederile Legii 133/2019.
Pentru vizualizarea datelor menționate, la generarea extrasului din contul curent, se va bifa opțiunea „Cu reflectarea prestațiilor de asigurări sociale":
