Deconectarea unor apartamente de la sistemul centralizat de termoficare majorează factura pentru locuinţele rămase în sistem

Această declaraţie a fost făcută de către reprezentanții companiei Termoelectrica, care au mai precizat că vecinii apartamentelor debranşate vor plăti facturi mai mari pentru căldură, întrucât blocul locativ are nevoie de o anumită sarcină termică în perioada rece a anului, consumul fiind împărţit deja la un număr mai mic de apartamente. Potrivit calculelor companiei, un bloc locativ cu 53 apartamente, care în anul 2003 avea doar trei apartamente deconectate, înregistra un consum mediu lunar pe apartament de 1,340 Gcal, sau circa 1295 lei, în anul 2016 numărul apartamentelor deconectate s-a majorat până la 13 apartamente şi respectiv consumul mediu lunar pe apartament a fost în mărime de 1,671 Gcal, sau aproximativ 1615 lei, ceea ce este cu 19,8% mai mult decât în 2003. O alternativă deconectării de la SACET şi instalării centralelor de apartament, este sistemul de distribuţie a agentului termic pe orizontală, cu contorizare individuală în fiecare apartament şi Puncte Termice Individuale. Rezultatele demonstrează că în cele din urmă, locatarii blocurilor cu sistem orizontal şi PTI- uri instalate plătesc în mediu cu 34% mai puţin faţă de consumatorii din blocurile cu sistem vertical. Recent, Termoelectrica a lansat o platformă de comunicare cu gestionarii fondului locativ privind posibilitatea instalării unui astfel de sistem, iar în iulie curent a fost semnat un parteneriat cu Asociația coproprietarilor în condominiu ACC 51/417 ce prevede instalarea unui astfel de sistem de termoficare pentru cinci blocuri locative.
