Деятельность нотариусов будет регулироваться новым законом

Парламент принял Закон об организации деятельности нотариусов. Документ поддержали 84 депутата. Документ является частью реформирования сектора правосудия и содержит ряд новшеств, среди которых расширение срока стажировки нотариусов с 12 до 18 месяцев и появление термина «нотариус-стажер». В конце стажировки молодые нотариусы будут сдавать квалификационный экзамен, на основе которого смогут претендовать на вакантные должности, а лицензия на осуществление нотариальной деятельности будет выдаваться министром юстиции в течение 15 дней с момента подачи заявления; стоимость 450 леев, говорится в Законе. Закон предусматривает также появление нового регулирующего органа в данной области – Нотариальной комиссии. Также будет учреждено общее собрание нотариусов, будет создана комиссия по этике и принят деонтологический кодекс. Среди новшеств значится также Фонд доверия, созданный из вкладов нотариусов. Им будет управлять административный совет, который будет действовать в рамках Нотариальной палаты. Проект не предусматривает ассигнований из бюджета. Он вступит в силу через шесть месяцев после его опубликования в «Monitorul Oficial».
