Dezvoltarea profesională a funcționarilor publici în anul 2021

În Monitorul Oficial din 19 februarie curent a fost publicată Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 17 din 12 februarie curent cu privire la comanda de stat privind dezvoltarea profesională a funcționarilor publici în anul 2021.
 
Astfel, funcționarii publici vor fi instruiți în următoarele domenii:
 
  • Integrarea profesională în funcția publică
  • Management și leadership
  • Managementul crizei și gestionarea riscurilor
  • Cultivarea integrității în serviciul public
  • Eficientizarea activității profesionale în administrația publică
  • Elaborarea și coordonarea proiectelor de acte normative
  • Elaborarea și evaluarea politicilor publice
  • Planificarea strategică și operațională în administrația publică
  • Sistemul de control intern managerial în sectorul public
  • Managementul conflictelor
  • Gestionarea eficientă a stresului
  • Managementul serviciilor publice
  • Utilizarea noilor tehnologii informaționale la locul de muncă în administrația publică.
 
În total vor fi instruiți 1800 funcționari publici. Cheltuielile legate de realizarea comenzii de stat vor fi acoperite în limitele mijloacelor financiare alocate în acest scop Academiei de Administrare Publică.
 
Potrivit art. 37 din Legea nr.158/2008 cu privire la funcția publică și statutul funcționarului public, funcţionarul are dreptul şi obligaţia de  a-şi perfecţiona, în mod continuu, abilităţile şi pregătirea profesională, iar fiecare autoritate publică – să asigure organizarea unui proces sistematic şi planificat de dezvoltare profesională continuă a funcţionarului public.
