Diaspora va aprecia capacităţile insituţionale ale ţării de baştină

Hotărârea Guvernului cu privire la mecanismul de coordonare a politicii de stat în domeniul diasporă, migrație și dezvoltare, ce are ca scop coordonarea activităților tuturor părților implicate în dialogul cu cetăţenii nostril peste hotare – autorități publice centrale și locale, societate civilă, mediul academic, organizațiile internaționale - a fost publicată în Monitorul Oficial, nr. 335-339 din 15 septembrie curent. Mecanismul de coordonare a politicii de stat în domeniul diasporă a fost realizat în baza unui studiu cu genericul Evaluarea capacității instituționale a punctelor de contact responsabile pentru domeniul diasporei, migrației și dezvoltării, realizat cu suportul Organizației Internaționale pentru Migrație. Totodată, mecanismul propune crearea Comitetului interministerial în domeniul diasporei, migrației și dezvoltării, care va avea ca sarcină elaborarea și implementarea politicilor de stat cu impact asupra diasporei, asigurarea comunicării interministeriale în domniul diasporei, formularea viziunii strategice pe termen mediu și lung în domeniul dat etc. Comitetul va fi format din câte un reprezentat cu funcție de conducere din ministere și autorități administrative centrale, iar Președintele Comitetului va fi secretarul general al Guvernului. Biroul relații cu diaspora va gestiona mecanismul de coordonare a politicii de stat. Menționăm că, potrivit datelor prezentate de Ministerul Afacerilor Externe și Integrării Europene, în străinătate se află peste 805 mii moldoveni. Se menționează că realizarea prevederilor Hotărârii nu va necesita alocarea resurselor financiare suplimentare din bugetul de stat, Agenția Elvețiană pentru Dezvoltare și Cooperare, ca și în cazul Planului de acțiuni privind reintegrarea cetățenilor reîntorși, va oferi suportul financiar.
