Din 1 august se va utiliza doar codul IBAN pentru transferurile naționale în lei

Potrivit Hotărîrii Băncii Naţionale nr. 158 din 16.06.2016, a fost modificat și completat Regulamentul cu privire la transferul de credit, aprobat prin Hotărîrea Consiliului de administraţie al Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei nr. 157 din 01.08.2013. Respectiv, în conținutul regulamentului menționat, a fost înlocuită sintagma „contului bancar" cu „codului IBAN". Această prevedere intră în vigoare de la data de 1 august 2016, iar din această dată, la completarea ordinului de plată, obligatoriu se va indica în loc de contul bancar, codul IBAN. Prin urmare, conform punctului 51 din regulament, băncile și alți participanți ai sistemului automatizat de plăți interbancare vor genera/utiliza coduri IBAN pentru conturile clienţilor acestora la efectuarea/recepţionarea transferurilor de credit. Banca și alți participanți ai sistemului automatizat de plăți interbancare poate să genereze şi să utilizeze coduri IBAN în nume şi pe cont propriu la efectuarea/recepţionarea transferurilor de credit. Astfel, din data de 1 august 2016 efectuarea plăţilor în MDL cu folosirea conturilor vechi (non-IBAN) nu va mai fi posibilă. Formularul ordinului de plată în MDL folosit din data de 1 august 2016 poate fi accesat aici. Codul IBAN (International Bank Account Number) reprezintă un şir de caractere care identifică în mod unic la nivel internaţional contul unui client deschis la o bancă.
