Dinamica ascendentă a inflației

Rata anuală a inflației va avea o traiectorie ascendentă până în trimestrul III și se va afla în limitele coridorului de variație de ± 1,5 puncte procentuale de la ținta de 5%, consideră experţii Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei (BNM). Într-un comentariu al BNM privind evoluția ratei inflației în luna martie, se menţionează, că în martie rata anuală a inflației a constituit 5,1%, în creștere cu 0,4 puncte procentuale față de luna precedentă și s-a poziționat în proximitatea țintei de 5% cu o posibilă deviere de ±1,5 p.p. Experţii BNM susţin că ritmul anual al inflației continuă dinamica ascendentă înregistrată în perioada ianuarie-februarie. Evoluția respectivă a fost determinată de dinamica prețurilor în luna martie și de efectul unui nivel scăzut al inflației la începutul anului 2016. Riscurile externe de natură inflaționistă sunt asociate majorării prețurilor internaționale la produsele alimentare și petrol. Riscurile și incertitudinile de proveniență internă la adresa inflației decurg din persistența lichidităților excesive în sectorul bancar, politica fiscală stimulativă pentru anul 2017, efectul unei perioade de bază scăzute în anul 2016, dar și din majorarea anticipată a unor tarife la serviciile comunale, se menţionează în comentariu
