Directorii ANRE rămân în funcții

Cei patru directori ANRE rămân în funcții. Curtea Constituțională declară neconstituțională hotârârea Parlamentului prin care comisia de administrarea a fost demisă prin abrogarea hotărârilor Parlamentului privind desemnarea directorilor Consiliului de administraţie al ANRE, scrie realitatea.md Decizia Curții vine după ce speakerul Andrian Candu, deputatul PDM, Sergiu Sîrbu, și liberal-democratul Ștefan Creangă, au depus o sesizare la CC prin care au cerut ca Înalta Curte să se expună pe acest caz. Deputatul Sergiu Sîrbu a ținut să precizeze că decizia Parlamentului de a abroga o altă hotărâre prin care au fost numiți directorii ANRE a sfidat normele constituționale și juridice. Acestă hotărâre contravine legii, Constituției, a fost încălcat principiul legalității, dar și atribuția Parlamentului. Prin această abrogarea sa dorit încetarea mandatului, dar conform legii aceasta prevede o procedură mai rigidă, revocarea se face numai în baza unor temeiuri juridice și prin avizul comisie de profil. În Parlament nu au fost prezentate temeiurile, nu a fost respectată procedura, a menționat Sîrbu. Totodată, unul dintre autorii sesizării, Ștefan Creangă a declarat că prin această demiterea autorii hotărârii au avut ca scop câștigarea unui capital politic față de electorat, punând în pericol întregul sistem energetic al țării. Realitatea.md amintește că Consiliul de administraţie al Agenției Naționale pentru Reglementare în Energetică a fost demis. O decizie în acest sens a fost luată de către deputații din Parlament. Pentru proiectul de lege înaintat de către deputatul PSRM Vasilii Bolea și-au dat votul 50 de deputați, din cei 64 prezenți.
