Dispoziția CSE nr. 4 din 19 aprilie 2021
Ieri, 19 aprilie 2021 a fost aprobată Dispoziția nr. 4 a Comisiei pentru Situații Excepționale a Republicii Moldova.
Potrivit Dispoziției:
1 Prevederile Hotărârii nr. 51 din 19 martie 2021 și Hotărârii nr. 53 din 26 martie 2021 ale Comisiei naționale extraordinare de sănătate publică, în măsura în care nu contravin prevederilor dispozițiilor Comisiei pentru Situații Excepționale a Republicii Moldova, produc efecte juridice pe toata perioada stării de urgență.
2. Nerespectarea prevederilor/măsurilor stabilite de Comisia pentru Situații Excepționale a Republicii Moldova constituie pericol pentru sănătatea publică și va servi temei de tragere la răspundere contravențională și/sau penală a persoanelor vinovate.
3. Prezenta dispoziție intră în vigoare din momentul emiterii și se publică pe pagina oficială a Guvernului.
