Dispoziția nr.17: Prima casă, recuperarea zilelor libere și efectuarea auditului de către Curtea de Conturi

Prin derogare de la pct. 24 al Regulamentului privind modul de acordare din bugetul de stat a compensațiilor pentru salariații angajați în sectorul privat participanți în cadrul Programului de stat „Prima casă” aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 253/2019, pe perioada stării de urgență, achitarea compensațiilor bănești pentru beneficiarii de compensații acceptați în programul de compensare destinat salariaților din sectorul privat (Prima casă 4), se va efectua în baza fondului de salarizare și altor recompense obținute de către beneficiar, reflectată în darea de seamă privind impozitul pe venit, primele de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală reținute și contribuțiile de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii calculate aferent lunii februarie 2020. Comisia pentru Situații Excepționale a Republicii Moldova a aprobat Dispoziția nr.17 din 13 aprilie 2020.
