Distribuitorii de electricitate ar putea primi amenzi mai mari

Distribuitorii de curent electric care vor deconecta consumatorii de la instalațiile de electricitate, înainte de expirarea preavizului de 10 zile stabilit de lege, ar putea primi amenzi mai mari decât până acum. Un proiect de lege în acest sens a fost înregistrat la Parlament de către un grup de deputații, scrie realitatea.md Parlamentarii propun completarea Codului Contravențional cu încă un alineat în care să fie stabilite amenzi de până la 2.000 de lei pentru distribuitorii de electricitate care deconectează consumatorii de la sursa de curent, înainte de exprirarea preavizului. Prin acest proiect vrem să responsabilizăm distribuitorii de curent electric, a declarat, pentru Realitatea.md, deputatul Vasile Bolea. La rândul lor, unii distribuitori de energie electrică spun că pentru cei care nu respectă legea se pot aplica pedepse mai mari. Noi îndeplinim toți parametrii stabiliți în lege și, în principiu, nu vedem nicio problemă pentru ca acei care nu respectă legea să primească pedepse mai mari. Dacă cineva nu-și îndeplinește obligațiile, să fie pedepsit, pentru că serviciile trebuie să fie de calitate, în interesul cetățeanului, a spus, pentru Realitatea.md, președintele Gas Natural Fenosa, Silvia Radu. În prezent, Codul Contravențional prevede că deconectarea neautorizată a instalaţiilor de utilizare a consumatorilor de la reţeaua electrică, cu excepţia cazurilor când atare acţiuni se efectuează pentru securitatea vieţii omeneşti, precum şi a situaţiilor de avarie sau de forţă majoră (extraordinare), se sancţionează cu amendă de până la 25 de unităţi convenţionale (500 de lei) aplicată persoanei fizice și cu amendă de până la 50 de unităţi convenţionale (1.000 de lei) aplicată persoanei cu funcţie de răspundere.
