Для облегчения торговли приднестровских компаний с ЕС предусмотрены специальные меры

Зарегистрированные в Кишиневе приднестровские компании, будут платить таможенную пошлину в размере 1% на некоторое сырье для производства промышленной продукции. Как сообщила пресс-служба Минэкономики, об этом глава ведомства Октавиан Калмык сообщил в ходе встречи с представителями Делегации ЕС в Молдове во главе с Пиркой Тапиолой (Pirkka Tapiola). Встреча была приурочена к вступлению в силу с 1 июля оглашения об ассоциации между Молдовой и ЕС. Стороны обсудили меры, предпринятые властями Молдовы для выполнения положений соглашения. Калмык отметил, что к настоящему времени реализовано 68% предусмотренных действий, остальные будут внедрены в ближайшее время. Среди задолженностей, которые предстоит устранить до конца нынешней парламентской сессии, он назвал пакет законов, регулирующих финансово-банковскую систему, укрепление независимости регулятора энергорынка (НАРЭ), законопроект об энергетике и пр. На встрече также были затронуты вопросы, связанные с отношениями Молдовы с партнерами по развитию, в т.ч. МВФ, Украиной, Россией, а также с деятельностью экономических агентов из Приднестровья. Октавиан Калмык отметил, что в целях облегчения торговли восточных районов страны с Евросоюзом и улучшения инвестиционного климата, одобренная бюджетно-налоговая политика на 2016 г. предусматривает, что экономические агенты Приднестровья, зарегистрированные в Кишиневе, будут платить таможенные пошлины в размере 1% на некоторые материалы, используемые в качестве дополнительных продуктов для производства готовой продукции компаниями перерабатывающей промышленности. Отдельной темой дискуссий стала проблема размещения некоторыми экономическими агентами из Молдовы на международных рынках товаров с географическими наименованиями с этикетками, схожими с теми, которые используются европейские производители. Стороны договорились, что власти Молдовы вмешаются в эту проблему и предпримут меры для недопущения использования молдавскими производителями географических наименований, которые принадлежат европейским компаниям.
