Доходы от приватизации в 2015 году в шесть раз меньше запланированного

Доходы от приватизации в Молдове в 2015 г. составили лишь 36,7 млн леев, что в шесть раз меньше запланированного и в 4,5 раза меньше, чем год назад. По данным Агентства публичной собственности, за год проведено лишь два раунда приватизации объектов государственной публичной собственности, в рамках которых 31 пакет акций был выставлен на аукционы на Фондовой бирже, 22 объекта - на коммерческие конкурсы, 12 - на аукционы "с молотка" и два - на инвестиционный конкурс. Всего было выставлено на продажу госимущества более чем на 1 млрд леев по стартовой цене. Однако организаторов ждало разочарование и более чем скромный результат. Также, за год подписано четыре договора частно-публичного партнерства (ЧПП) с общим объемом запланированных инвестиций порядка 47,3 млн леев и 3 млн евро, рассмотрены и одобрены 19 технико-экономических обоснований проектов ЧПП, начатых на национальном и местных уровнях. Расходы, связанные с разгосударствлением и постприватизационной деятельностью, составили почти 1,2 млн леев. Это, в частности, расходы для оказания услуг по оценке имущества госпредприятий, подлежащих приватизации; технической инвентаризации и кадастровой регистрации недвижимого имущества госсобственности; расходы по разрешению судебных споров по приватизации. С каждым годом доходы от приватизации в Молдове становятся меньше. В 2014 г. составили 184 млн леев - 76,6% от плана, в 2013 г. - 112 млн леев, что вдвое меньше намеченного. Большинство объектов выносятся на продажу уже несколько лет, но безрезультатно. Несмотря на это, минэкономики не желает существенно снижать цены на них.
