După o pauză de cinci ani, se întrunește Comisia moldo-rusă pe probleme comercial-economice

În noiembrie va avea loc prima ședință, după o pauză de cinci ani, a Comisiei mixte moldo-ruse pe probleme comercial-economice. Aceasta se va întruni la Moscova. Despre eveniment și ce se va discuta la ședință a comunicat ministrul economiei, Octavian Calmâc. În ceea ce ţine de Federaţia Rusă, cred că am reuşit în 2016 să stabilim un dialog la nivel înalt. Am avut trei întâlniri cu vicepremierul rus Dmitri Rogozin, ceea ce ne-a permis să lansăm discuţiile privind foaia de parcurs şi avem convingerea că în noiembrie va avea loc, pentru prima dată în ultimii cinci ani, şedinţa Comisiei mixte pe probleme comercial-economice. În cadrul ei urmează semnarea foii de parcurs, care a fost definitivată în linii generale la ultima întâlnire cu Rogozin, a spus vicepremierul. Potrivit lui Octavian Calmâc, la această ședință, „mergem cu trei mesaje de bază către Federaţia Rusă”. Primul: eliminarea taxelor vamale aplicate produselor din Moldova. Sunt 19 categorii de produse care cad sub incidenţă şi au afectat 85% din exporturile spre Federaţia Rusă. Al doilea moment ţine de măsurile netarifare aplicate faţă de produsele moldovenești – cerinţe faţă de băuturile alcoolice, fructe şi legume, liste de companii. Vrem să trecem de la liste de companii la liste de cerinţe argumentate, aplicabile faţă de toţi producătorii locali sau internaţionali ca să trecem la un comerţ civilizat, modern şi sigur pentru consumatori. Noi considerăm că infrastructura noastră în domeniul sanitar, fitosanitar şi veterinar este suficient de dotată pentru a da garanţiile necesare că produsele exportate din Moldova sunt inofensive, a spus oficialul. Şi al treilea element ţine mai mult de o problemă tehnică ce îi afectează pe transportatorii moldoveni. Este vorba de tranzitul transporturilor din Moldova prin Federaţia Rusă spre ţările terţe. Subiectele acestea, dar şi cele care ţin de energie, migraţie, vor fi discutate de experţi la finele lunii noiembrie, când se va convoca Comisia.
