ЕБРР – единственный владелец Джурджулештского порта
Нужно отметить, что ЕБРР поддерживал строительство и эксплуатацию Джурджулештского порта с 1995 г., а в 2013 г. он заменил «Credit Suisse» в качестве основного экономического бенефициара работы порта после рефинансирования непогашенных долгов по кредитам «Danube Logistics» перед «Credit Suisse». В качестве владельца порта ЕБРР ожидает скорейшей реализации всех невыполненных инвестиционных обязательств, предусмотренных в Соглашении об инвестициях, подписанном в 2004 г. между Молдовой и «Danube Logistics», «Bemol Refinery» и «Bemol Retail», которые эксплуатировали порт. Напомним, в состав учредителей ЕБРР входит 69 стран, включая Молдову, а также Евросоюз и Европейский инвестиционный банк. По официальным данным, ЕБРР является крупнейшим иностранным инвестором в Молдове с общим объемом инвестиций в 1,4 млрд евро.
