ЕБРР предоставит 10 млн евро для развития МСП

ЕБРР и Евросоюз помогут компаниям Молдовы выйти на рынок ЕС и повысить их конкурентоспособность в рамках новой кредитной линии EU4Business-EBRD. Мероприятие, посвященное ее запуску, Европейский банк реконструкции и развития (ЕБРР) и Делегация Евросоюза в Молдове проведут в Кишиневе 5 апреля. Планируется, что в нем примут участие премьер-министр Молдовы Павел Филип, посол ЕС в Молдове Пиркка Тапиола, глава офиса ЕБРР в Молдове Дмитрий Гвиндадзе, коммерческий директор отдела по работе с корпоративными клиентами «Mobiasbanca – Groupe Société Générale» Елена Гузун, а также представители одной из компаний, получившей поддержку ЕС-ЕБРР в прошлом. Они обсудят возможности и трудности молдавского бизнеса в контексте подписанного ранее Соглашения о всеобъемлющей и углубленной зоне свободной торговли между Молдовой и ЕС (DCFTA). Также будет детально представлена кредитная линия EU4Business-EBRD, которая призвана оказать поддержку предприятиям малого и среднего бизнеса Молдовы для повышения качества их продукции и модернизации услуг с целью их приведения в соответствие со стандартами ЕС. Речь пойдет и о содействии, предоставляемом Программой ЕБРР по поддержке малого бизнеса (Advice for Small Business – ASB) с целью помочь компаниям получить доступ к рынкам ЕС и повысить конкурентоспособность молдавского бизнеса. ЕБРР и Евросоюз наращивают поддержку предпринимателям Молдовы, запустив совместную программу поддержки отечественных предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса в использовании ими потенциала, предоставляемых DCFTA. В рамках сотрудничества ЕБРР обязался выделить «Mobiasbanca – Groupe Société Générale» 10 млн евро на поддержку МСП. Выделенные средства будут предоставляться частному сектору и помогут МСП Молдовы вкладывать средства в повышение качества продукции и модернизацию услуг для их соответствия европейским стандартам. Все это позволит создать благоприятные условия для развития международной торговли и экономического роста Молдовы. В рамках EU4Business-EBRD ЕС предоставит заинтересованным МСП грантовые стимулы в размере до 15% от суммы кредита, а также консалтинговые услуги, которые будут предоставлены международными консультантами в рамках программы ЕБРР по поддержке малого бизнеса. ЕБРР – крупнейший институциональный инвестор Молдовы с совокупным объемом инвестиций свыше 1,1 млрд евро, вложенных в финансирование более чем 110 проектов в области сельского хозяйства, энергетики, инфраструктуры, финансовый сектор и производство. Деятельность ЕБРР в банковском секторе Молдовы направлена на повышение прозрачности и корпоративного управления с целью облегчения доступа к кредитам для МСП, в том числе путем увеличения числа банков, которые могут воспользоваться кредитными продуктами и поддержкой.
