ЕБРР продолжит инвестиции в инфраструктуру Молдовы

ЕБРР готов выделить до конца этого года второй транш кредита для восстановления железных дорог Молдовы. Об этом заявил вице-президент Европейского банка реконструкции и развития Ален Пиллу на встрече с премьер-министром Молдовы Павлом Филипом в рамках проходящего в Грузии форума Tbilisi Belt and Road Forum 2017. Стороны обсудили вопросы партнерства между Молдовой и ЕБРР и возможность его углубления. Павел Филип выразил признательность за поддержку ЕБРР, оказываемую для реализации масштабных программ модернизации Молдовы. Он отметил, что Правительство в настоящее время внедряет комплексную программу реформ, в том числе для укрепления потенциала госорганов по управлению внешней помощью. Достижению этой цели также будет способствовать и новая стратегия ЕБРР для нашей страны на 2017-2022 г., которая будет утверждена до конца ноября. Также была подчеркнута важность перезапуска банковской системы для обеспечения хорошей реализации новой программы. В этом контексте Павел Филипп приветствовал участие ЕБРР в восстановлении сектора и вовлечение банков Молдовы в сотрудничество с международными финансовыми институтами. В ходе диалога премьер-министр выразил признательность за помощь, предоставляемую ЕБРР для обеспечения энергетической безопасности страны, а также за поддержку в восстановлении и расширении транспортной инфраструктуры. Эти действия направлены на подключение транспортных сетей Молдовы к европейской транспортной сети. В свою очередь, Ален Пиллу подтвердил поддержку ЕБРР для реализации инвестпроектов в нашей стране и готовность предоставить до конца этого года второй транш кредита для восстановления железных дорог Молдовы. Сумма кредита, предоставляемого ЕБРР и ЕИБ для этой цели, составляет 55 млн евро. Вице-президент ЕБРР также подчеркнул важность обеспечения взаимоподключения электросистем Молдовы и Румынии. С начала своей деятельности в Молдове ЕБРР профинансировал 117 проектов на сумму более 1,1 млрд евро. Текущий инвестиционный портфель ЕБРР в нашей стране составляет 485 млн евро. 70% этой суммы предназначено для реализации инфраструктурных проектов.
